TIRMED PHARMA SUCCEEDED IN CAPITAL RAISING
We are proud to announce that our portfolio company TIRmed Pharma has now closed its second major capital raising round. The funding will cover an expanded preclinical study on animals with the company’s patent-pending technology to treat atopic eczema.
AMYLOIDIA
Amyloidia, which also is one of our shareholdings, has received Vinnova’s step 1 for Innovative Start-ups. Amyloidia was founded by researchers from Stockholm University and the company´s idea is to manufacture an instrument that with high sensitivity and sharp precision can detect biomarkers in blood plasma to diagnose Alzheimer’s.
BOULDER CONFERENCE IN MARCH
In March, two of our companies TIRmed and Empatik AI participated in a conference in Denver, ”Boulder 2023 Destination Startup and SIREUS entrepreneur’s forum” in Colorado, USA. At the conference the companies participated in an in-depth program for research-based start-ups and met companies, investors and research institutions.
